During his time at Oconee State Bank, JT was responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling, filming, and publishing all customer testimonials. He made a series called, make your remarkable, that was later turned into a podcast, to feature the customer voices. These testimonials were very successful and are still some of his favorite videos to this day. These testimonials were not just about Oconee State Bank, but were about supporting the customer. We not only wanted to hear how Oconee State Bank had impacted them, but also wanted to know how they had made a remarkable mark on their community.
